Friday Favorites~March 5, 2021

Oh, sweet Friday...we meet again! I am spending this morning with my oldest while he gets his wisdom teeth removed. I have the freezer stocked with ice cream and all his favorite Netflix shows on dock.

Before I start nurse duty, I am linking up with Andrea and Erika to share my Friday Favorites.

ONE

My February book post went live on Monday. I'll link it here in case you missed it! I am already happily reading my way into March.

TWO

These are the supplements I take on a daily basis. I am always interested in what other people take for supplements. While I think most of our nutrients need to come from food, these are the ones that I add on for extra benefits. I especially like what the collagen and hair gummies have done for my hair; it is so much thicker and healthier. Of course, always discuss any supplements or vitamin regimens with your doctor.

THREE

My final Friday favorite is a book series that my youngest discovered at the library. Mason is in second grade and seven years old. He is so enthralled by the "I Am" series by Brad Meltzer.
So far, these are the ones we have read (each book is linked):

These books are informative, engaging, and have the more heartwarming, encouraging messages. We love them so much that I reached out to Brad Meltzer and had a nice exchange with him on social media. I am so grateful to him for creating these books and cannot wait to buy Mason a set of his own.
We have found them for the best price here.

Stop back on Monday when I blog about a favorite that is so dear to my heart, it gets its own post! I hope the sun is shining this weekend in your part of the world.

xo,

Deanna

  2. I take a Vitamin D and drink that same protein shake. I ran out of my hair, skin, nail vitamins and should probably get more. I considered that collagen but havent pulled the trigger. I want to add the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar gummies too. Those books look fun. Happy Friday!

  3. I added the Goli Apple Cider last week! I like to give it a month before I form an opinion. Definitely easier than drinking it! :)

  5. I am getting on the supplements train! Taking vitamin D regularly (at a doctor's recommendation) does seem to have improved/stabilized my mood. Thank goodness for gummy vitamins--I'm actually taking them consistently! :)
