Happy Friday!

Last week we were hosted by Disney to attend the media event on the Galactic Starcruiser Star Wars Experience at the happiest place on Earth!

ONE

I lost a night of sleep this week and I blame this book...

Oh my goodness it was so good! Mitch Albom is such an amazing author. His books always probe the bigger questions of life and stick with me long after I read the last page. I literally read this book in one sitting.

TWO

My second Friday Favorite is brought to you by my epic fall down the stairs on Super Bowl Sunday. Some friends in attendance will never be the same after witnessing it. Did I mention I cracked my elbow and had a bruise on my backside the size of Texas? That I cried non-stop for longer than I care to admit afterwards? That I was carrying buffalo chicken dip when it happened? Bless it! Thank goodness I was not seriously hurt, but I couldn't say the same for my carpet. A friend at work let me borrow this genius invention to try to tackle the mess before I went ahead with my idea of redecorating...

You literally fill one side with water and a booster product, set it on the stain, and turn it on. It works on its own and beeps when it's done. It's magic.

THREE

We had a few warmer days this week. Between that and our quick trip to Florida, I have been cruising online for all the cute summer swim suits and pool toys. Fingers crossed our new pool will be open by May!

Although the Florida weather was nice, I'm a fan of a good rash guard suit when it isn't 90 degrees yet. 

One day you're young and fun, the next day you're wearing thumb holes to the swimming pool...

FOUR

Warmer weather also always has me shopping for new shoes. I bought these last year...

...and have added these to my wish list this year...

I switched out the bulgar wheat with couscous because it's what I had on hand. Fantastic! What did we eat before Tik Tok? 😉
