Happy Friday! I am glad to be back after a week off. I did not blog on Good Friday and chose to spend the entire weekend spending time with family and eating all the yummy Easter candy. All my boys were home and that made me a happy mama.
I am back to blogging today and linking up with Andrea and Erika to share my Friday Favorites.

My favorites this week are broken down into categories:
WATCH
I love this show. I've loved every season and the newest one is no exception. I love the actors, the writing, the sets, and the clothes...oh, the clothes!!
READ
I have been losing sleep this week staying up to read The Paris Apartment. It's suspenseful in a drawn out way and I am really liking it! It is a who dunnit book but you do not really know what has been done, you just know it's not good. Ha! Worst description ever...still a good book!
EAT
I picked up this cookbook last weekend and I am so ready for garden fresh salads this summer! This book is packed full of ideas for salads of all kinds. Yum!
WEAR
I went to the dermatologist for my annual skin check last week and all is well! I have never had any concerns in this area, but with very fair skin and freckles, I figure I cannot be too careful. One of my favorite things about the visit is he uses a magic wand (I'm sure that's the medical term) to zap off any beginnings of sun spots. My two favorite things to keep my skin looking good are:
and hats!
NEED
The only thing I need right now is for the weather to warm up. I try to channel it by buying spring clothes and then end up wearing sweaters to work. Ha! Some of my favorites of the season so far are ones I've found online like
this one...

CURRENT ORGANIZING PROJECT
I am in the middle of organizing all of our family albums and printed photos. We have a good system for our digital photos but the printed stuff, not so much. I also found my childhood memorabilia and decided to sort through that as well. It has been so fun and not as overwhelming as I originally thought. I bought these
to sort and organize the pictures and these
to organize paper memorabilia. I am so happy with the progress so far!
What projects are you working on this weekend? Whatever you're up to, I hope it includes a lot of your favorite people and things!
xo,
Deanna
Ooh, I have that same photo organizer from Michael's! It's the best! I need something similar for paper memorabilia now--I have so much from various grades/years/things and would LOVE to be able to "sort" it in an organized fashion!
ReplyDeleteThese work really well...and they're also one sale! Makes me love them even more!
