While I was checking Instagram on New Year's Eve, I saw the hashtag #olw. I was intrigued and wanted to know what it stood for. In case you're not in the loop like me, it means "one little word". The idea is to choose a theme word for 2014 rather than resolutions. Once I figured out what it meant, I was in! I love the new year and the fresh start it brings. And having a focus for my fresh start just makes my heart happy.
So, my #olw for 2014 is GRATEFUL. I have so many blessings in my life but I am not always good about recognizing them. I am challenging myself to post a picture on Instagram each day of 2014 of something I am grateful for. I'm excited to pursue gratitude this year and have a visual reminder of all I have been blessed with. Follow me at deannazehr to see the posts.
