Friday Favorites~September 10, 2021

Happy Friday, friends!

What is it about four day weeks that makes them go on for--ev--er! Check on your friends who work in education, or healthcare, or with people in any capacity. We all need a collective deep breath! I'm over here doing my part to share a few things that are making me smile right now. Hopefully you'll find some happy here as well!

I am linking up with Andrea and Erika today to share my Friday Favorites!

ONE

Over Labor Day weekend, Dan, Mason, and I made a quick trip to Indianapolis. We packed a lot of fun into two days...

Road Trip Reading

Children's Museum

Completely lived up to the hype! We loved it here; especially the pop culture and sports exhibits. There was a little something for everyone!

Marriott Downtown

Mason loves living that hotel life.

Surrey Ride Around the Canal

Minor League Baseball at Victory Park

Indianapolis is a three and a half hour drive for us. If you are nearby, add it to your list for a fun family weekend!

TWO

It is full on pumpkin season at our house! And while I love a pumpkin spice latte, I do not love the calories and added ingredients. To curb my craving, I have sampled every pumpkin coffee creamer on the market and this one is my top pick:

It is seriously so good and it is made from simple ingredients.

THREE

It has been awhile since I have found a show that holds my attention longer than a few episodes. I am loving Only Murders in the Building on Hulu, though! I started watching this week and am already three episodes in. Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez play amateur true crime detectives who all live in an apartment building in NYC. If you need a new show, give this one a try!

FOUR

Any other Elle Woods fans out there? I could not add this to my cart fast enough!

FIVE

I know I just blogged about books last week, but I am already halfway through this one and loving it so much! I will share a full review at the end of the month. Although it is a bit of a diversion from her usual plot lines, Elin Hilderbrand never disappoints!

I hope you all have the best weekend! Thank you for stopping by my little happy corner of the internet. Take care of each other and make someone smile today!

xo,

Deanna
