You already know that I am a fan of Heather Dubrow from The Real Housewive's of Orange County from my podcast post. Well, I read the book she wrote with her husband this month and it was really good too! They give really sound advice and excellent anti-aging tips. I will include my full review in this month's Books and Beans post. Until then, check out my January Books and Beans book review post to find another great book to read. I am so sad that she is not returning to the show next season! I'll probably stop watching it. (#yeahright)
